The variables provides some details about the current user and can be used in promptset fields for default values are in Automation Engine scripts.
The following details can be accessed:
- USER - username
- DEPARTMENT - department of the user
- EMAIL - email address
- FULLNAME - combination of first and lastname
Example
To retrieve the email address of the current user the following expression can be used
