 The variables provides some details about the current user and can be used in promptset fields for default values are in Automation Engine scripts.

The following details can be accessed:

• USER - username
• DEPARTMENT - department of the user
• EMAIL - email address
• FULLNAME - combination of first and lastname 

 To retrieve the email address of the current user the following expression can be used
