Service Portal

The b4A Solution is aimed at Automic users, especially administrators and developers who work with the Automic Automation Engine on a daily basis and repeatedly encounter tasks in their daily business that are very laborious and primarily have to be performed manually in the Automic Automation Engine. The b4A Service Portal supports another group in their work and covers a completely new area. Nowadays, many automation processes are not started fully automatically, but are triggered by user requests. Such users are usually not experts in Automic Automation, but come from other departments. Therefore, a user interface is required that abstracts the technical representations from the Automic Web Interface (AWI) and offers users an easy-to-use interface that automatically adapts to their needs and rights. This is what the b4A Service Portal is for.
