Package Management
Initializes a new b4A Package by creating the basic folder structure in a selected base folder and a set of mandatory objects
Builds a new major, minor or bugfix release of a selected b4A Package. The service includes a dependency and compliance check. If any fails the build process is cancelled.
Installs a b4A Package release into the selceted connection. before the installation the services verifies that all dependencies of the bA Package release are fullfilled in the target connection. If not, the installation is aborted.
To verify, that the dependency definition of a b4A Package does not contain any wrong entries this service analyses the definition definition in the metadata. Any errors found will be reported via email.
To ensure that all objects of a selected b4A Package follow a set of compliance rules this services checks the b4A Packages and sends a report to the developer via email if any errors have been found.
Analysis the differences of the obejcts of a package comparing the developemtn client and a given branch in the Git Repository
Creates or updates the package index in a given connection

Check if the configuration is correct and ensure that the communication between Automation Engine, b4A RESTful API and the b4A WebUI works
Starts a service with a request notification object
Test Service with all possible parameter types
Checks if the Service Portal can handling failing services. It should show a notification with activating the service has failed.

Dieser Service kann genutzt werden am die Verarbeitung des Monatsabschluss zu beantragen. Dafür müssen der gewünschte Monat sowie das Jahr angegeben werden. Bevor die Verarbeitung gestartet wird sind vom eigenen Team sowie von der Adminstration Genehmigungen notwendig.
Automation
Stellen Sie einen Antrag für den Lauf eines Workflows an einem ausgewählten Datum und einer ausgewählten Zeit. Das Automationsteam muss den Eintrag freigeben. Der Antrag wird automatisch vom Antrag bis zur Ausführung im Ticketsystem dokumentiert.
Stellen Sie einen Antrag für die Erstellung und Einplanung eines neuen SAP-Jobs. Der Antrag muss von einem Mitarbeiter des Automationsteams freigegeben werden.
Dieser Service läuft zweimal täglich gegen 7 und 15 Uhr. Zusätzlich kann der Service auch manuell gestartet werden.

Stellen Sie Ihren Urlaubsantrag. Ihr Vorgesetzter wird automatisch um die Genehmigung gebeten. Wird der Antrag genehmigt, wird der Urlaub direkt im System hinterlegt.
Beantragen sie eine neue Berechtigung (Rolle) für eine Applikation. Dieser Antrag muss von ihrem Vorgesetzt genehmigt werden und wird anschließend direkt umgesetzt.
